Notes Normal opening hours are from 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Saturday.

The scheme is closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays. On the May Bank Holiday and the August Bank Holiday we are also closed on the Tuesday. Please ring if you are unsure about when the unit is open.

Disabled Parking bays available in the car park on shopping level.
Changing Place toilet facility is available in the Shopmobility Unit at the Westgate Car Park. It is open between the hours of 8:30 and 18:00, outside Shopmobility opening hours contact the Car Park office next to Shopmobility unit for a key. The facility is used by anyone that needs a changing bed and hoist in order to use a toilet or change pads.
