Oxford University at Green Templeton College
Green Templeton College is on the fringe of the huge University project for developing the former Radcliffe Infirmary site. Its grounds include the wonderful Radcliffe Observatory with its Tower of the Winds as well as a small herb/medicinal garden. Not open to the public - groups should make requests to the Bursar. However, the college sometimes offers Open Days for viewing the Observatory.
